羅茨風(fēng)機(jī)由于是高速運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)的機(jī)器,所以會(huì)產(chǎn)生震動(dòng),又由于其內(nèi)部空氣的脈動(dòng)左右,也加大了羅茨風(fēng)機(jī)的震動(dòng),所以羅茨風(fēng)機(jī)的安裝時(shí)需要固定在地面上的。根據(jù)風(fēng)機(jī)型號(hào)不同,在地面按風(fēng)機(jī)尺寸在對(duì)應(yīng)的位置挖150*150mm見(jiàn)方300mm深的方坑,并埋入地腳螺栓,然后通過(guò)螺栓,螺母把風(fēng)機(jī)連接起來(lái),**在方坑中填滿水泥混凝土,等混凝土固定之后,再用力把螺母擰緊,是風(fēng)機(jī)底座和混凝土牢牢連接在一起,這樣就可以減小羅茨風(fēng)機(jī)在運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)中的震動(dòng)位移,提高了設(shè)備的運(yùn)行安全性,并且由于減小了震動(dòng),從而也大大延長(zhǎng)了風(fēng)機(jī)的使用壽命。

1、電源線安裝問(wèn)題
在給羅茨風(fēng)機(jī)接線時(shí),應(yīng)當(dāng)符合風(fēng)機(jī)的額定工作電壓,使用的是380V的電壓,不得接成220V的工作電壓。電線也不得接反,接反之后,風(fēng)機(jī)就會(huì)出現(xiàn)反轉(zhuǎn)的情況,如果在試運(yùn)行時(shí)風(fēng)機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)向不對(duì),一定進(jìn)行排查,如果排查不出來(lái),接裝上管道之后,設(shè)備就會(huì)短時(shí)間內(nèi)出現(xiàn)損壞。如:我們?cè)幸晃豢蛻艟褪且驗(yàn)殡娋€接反,試運(yùn)行沒(méi)有檢測(cè)出來(lái),導(dǎo)致風(fēng)機(jī)在運(yùn)行了10分鐘左右就出現(xiàn)了嚴(yán)重的損壞。
2、安裝平臺(tái)問(wèn)題
一般來(lái)說(shuō),羅茨風(fēng)機(jī)應(yīng)當(dāng)安裝于高于地面之上的平臺(tái)上,但是需要根據(jù)實(shí)際情況而定,有些小型號(hào)的羅茨風(fēng)機(jī)不需要進(jìn)行固定,而有些型號(hào)的羅茨風(fēng)機(jī)必須進(jìn)行加裝固定,置于室內(nèi)的羅茨風(fēng)機(jī),我們建議根據(jù)實(shí)際情況安裝,可安裝在平臺(tái)上面也可以安裝在地面上面。而置于外界的羅茨風(fēng)機(jī),我們建議安裝于平臺(tái)上面,安置于平臺(tái)上能有效的避免一些外界侵蝕。
3、安裝時(shí)的海拔問(wèn)題
如果我們有兩處分廠,兩處的海拔懸殊較大,則兩者之間的羅茨風(fēng)機(jī)不得進(jìn)行互換使用,海拔不同,同一型號(hào)的羅茨風(fēng)機(jī)不能互相替用。在羅茨風(fēng)機(jī)選型的時(shí)候,我們也需要根據(jù)海拔來(lái)確定羅茨風(fēng)機(jī)的型號(hào),確保能夠正常使用。
4、安裝時(shí)的開(kāi)關(guān)問(wèn)題
一般來(lái)說(shuō),開(kāi)關(guān)不得遠(yuǎn)離設(shè)備,設(shè)備遠(yuǎn)離我們之后,一旦出現(xiàn)故障,控制起來(lái)不方便,故障時(shí)間延長(zhǎng)越久,設(shè)備損壞越大。
5、安裝時(shí)的氣流問(wèn)題
我們?cè)诎惭b羅茨風(fēng)機(jī)時(shí),周邊環(huán)境**不要有強(qiáng)風(fēng),不管是逆風(fēng)還是順風(fēng),都會(huì)影響到設(shè)備的吸排氣效果,所以,控制好風(fēng)機(jī)周邊的氣流循環(huán)能夠有效的延長(zhǎng)羅茨風(fēng)機(jī)的使用壽命。
羅茨風(fēng)機(jī)安裝:
羅茨風(fēng)機(jī)在出廠前是安裝好,只需要將進(jìn)口消音器與入口相連,出口消音器與出口相連,再將出口消音器與管道相連即可。下面說(shuō)說(shuō)安裝注意事項(xiàng):
1、羅茨風(fēng)機(jī)應(yīng)安裝在地面結(jié)實(shí)堅(jiān)固的場(chǎng)所,周?chē)鷳?yīng)留有充分的余地,便于檢查、維護(hù)、保養(yǎng)。
2、羅茨風(fēng)機(jī)底座下應(yīng)保持地基水平,底座四角處建議墊減震橡皮或用螺栓澆制安裝,確保羅茨風(fēng)機(jī)運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)平穩(wěn),振動(dòng)小。
3、羅茨風(fēng)機(jī)與系統(tǒng)的連接管道應(yīng)密封可靠,對(duì)小真空泵可采用金屬管路連接密封墊采用耐油橡膠,對(duì)小羅茨風(fēng)機(jī)可采用真空膠管連接,管道管徑不得小于羅茨風(fēng)機(jī)吸氣口徑,且要求管路短而少?gòu)濐^。(焊接管路時(shí)應(yīng)清除管道中焊渣,嚴(yán)禁焊渣進(jìn)入真空泵腔。)
4、在連接管路中,用戶可在羅茨風(fēng)機(jī)進(jìn)氣口上方安裝閥門(mén)及真空計(jì),隨時(shí)可檢查羅茨風(fēng)機(jī)的極限壓力。
5、按電動(dòng)機(jī)標(biāo)牌規(guī)定連接電源,并接地線和安裝合適規(guī)格的熔斷器及熱繼電器。
6、羅茨風(fēng)機(jī)通電試運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)時(shí),須取下電機(jī)皮帶,確認(rèn)真空泵轉(zhuǎn)向符合規(guī)定方向方可投入使用,以羅茨風(fēng)機(jī)反轉(zhuǎn)噴油。(轉(zhuǎn)向按防護(hù)罩指示方向)
7、對(duì)于有冷卻水的羅茨風(fēng)機(jī),按規(guī)定接通冷卻水。
8、如羅茨風(fēng)機(jī)口安裝電磁閥時(shí),閥與羅茨風(fēng)機(jī)應(yīng)同時(shí)動(dòng)作。
9、當(dāng)羅茨風(fēng)機(jī)排出氣體影響工作環(huán)境時(shí),可在排氣口裝接管道引離或裝接油霧過(guò)濾器。
羅茨風(fēng)機(jī)的調(diào)試:
羅茨風(fēng)機(jī)調(diào)試分:點(diǎn)動(dòng)調(diào)試、空載運(yùn)行調(diào)試,全壓調(diào)試,全系統(tǒng)調(diào)試。
1、點(diǎn)動(dòng)調(diào)試是指在現(xiàn)場(chǎng),將風(fēng)機(jī)與系統(tǒng)完全脫離,斷開(kāi)風(fēng)機(jī)的進(jìn)出風(fēng)口管道連接。手動(dòng)盤(pán)車(chē),確認(rèn)機(jī)體內(nèi)部沒(méi)有卡頓后,啟動(dòng)風(fēng)機(jī),隨后立即關(guān)閉,然后觀察風(fēng)機(jī)的旋轉(zhuǎn)方向與機(jī)體標(biāo)注的旋轉(zhuǎn)方向是否相同,如果不同,對(duì)于三相電機(jī),交換任意兩相的電纜,重新連接即可。因?yàn)榱_茨風(fēng)機(jī)的結(jié)構(gòu),是不能反轉(zhuǎn)的。
2、空載運(yùn)行調(diào)試,是指在繼承上一步驟,確認(rèn)風(fēng)機(jī)旋轉(zhuǎn)方向正確的前提下,啟動(dòng)風(fēng)機(jī),連續(xù)運(yùn)行半小時(shí),觀察風(fēng)機(jī)的運(yùn)行是否穩(wěn)定,有無(wú)異常噪音、震動(dòng)。
3、全壓測(cè)試,是指在風(fēng)機(jī)出口安裝一閥門(mén)(為避免噪聲,當(dāng)在閥門(mén)后連接一消音器),啟動(dòng)風(fēng)機(jī)后,通過(guò)逐步關(guān)閉閥門(mén),對(duì)風(fēng)機(jī)施加模擬負(fù)載,直至風(fēng)機(jī)壓力達(dá)到銘牌所示的壓力,隨后連續(xù)運(yùn)行2小時(shí)左右,確保風(fēng)機(jī)是否沒(méi)有異響,溫度穩(wěn)定(風(fēng)機(jī)加壓后溫度逐步上升,一般短則半小時(shí),長(zhǎng)則2小時(shí),溫度趨于穩(wěn)定停止上升,如繼續(xù)上升,多半存在問(wèn)題),以及風(fēng)機(jī)電流在銘牌所示范圍之內(nèi)。
4、全系統(tǒng)測(cè)試,是指將風(fēng)機(jī)接入工作系統(tǒng)內(nèi),開(kāi)始試運(yùn)行,試運(yùn)行當(dāng)維持半小時(shí)以上。由于設(shè)計(jì)一般放有設(shè)計(jì)余量,故風(fēng)機(jī)接入系統(tǒng)后,實(shí)際運(yùn)行之壓力電流,都應(yīng)當(dāng)?shù)陀阢懪扑緣毫?,如出現(xiàn)超載工況則往往意味著選型失當(dāng),需要嚴(yán)格排查分析問(wèn)題。

1、機(jī)頭安裝
風(fēng)機(jī)的機(jī)頭為組裝好的,將組裝好的風(fēng)機(jī)機(jī)頭安裝在底座的一側(cè),然后使用螺栓進(jìn)行緊固;
2、電機(jī)安裝
電機(jī)安裝在底座的另一側(cè),安裝上去之后,對(duì)螺栓稍加緊固,不要立即緊固鎖死;

(8)裝皮帶輪及其他部件。

2.如果軸流風(fēng)機(jī)、耐磨風(fēng)機(jī)等風(fēng)機(jī)溫度升過(guò)高,很可能是風(fēng)機(jī)開(kāi)車(chē)時(shí)進(jìn)、出氣管道閘門(mén)未關(guān)造成的。解決辦法:關(guān)閉進(jìn)、出氣管道閘門(mén)就行了。
3.另外由于箱體劇烈振動(dòng)造成的,軸與滾動(dòng)軸承安裝歪斜、前后兩軸承不同心,風(fēng)機(jī)滾動(dòng)軸承損壞或軸彎曲,都是影響風(fēng)機(jī)軸承溫度的因素之一,解決方法:及時(shí)更滑潤(rùn)滑油減少摩擦系數(shù)。

3. Altitude during installation
